About me

Hello, I'm Justine, and I work alongside families, individuals and couples through change and complexity

A Tavistock and Portman trained Systemic and Family Therapist, with an MA in Systemic Psychotherapy accredited by The Association for Family Therapy and Systemic Practice (AFSP).

Justine Aspey
My approach

Warm, collaborative and non-judgemental

I specialise in family therapy, and work with children, young people, individuals, couples and schools across a range of emotional, behavioural and relational challenges. My approach focuses on understanding each person within the wider context of their relationships, culture and experiences, never in isolation.

My clinical background spans CAMHS Family Therapy, school and community settings, and I bring a systemic lens to how family, school and peer relationships shape a young person's sense of identity. I have experience in working with mixed-heritage children and families.
