Hello, I'm Justine

A warm, collaborative space to understand and be understood

Hello, I'm Justine. I work alongside individuals, couples and families, helping them navigate change, complexity and the things that feel stuck.

My clinical background spans CAMHS Family Therapy, school and community settings, and I bring a systemic lens to how family, school and peer relationships shape a young person's sense of identity. I have experience in working with mixed-heritage children and families.

Above all, my approach is person-centred. We'll start with what matters most to you, and work together with whatever you choose to bring.

Approach & ethos

"When one person is struggling, the whole family feels it, and the whole family can be part of the change."

Systemic family therapy sees difficulties not as belonging to just one person, but as arising from the patterns and stories a family share. I work alongside you to understand these patterns, and to identify your existing strengths.

Together we explore how you communicate, find new ways of understanding one another, and build stronger emotional bonds and greater resilience.

Families come to me during transitions, conflict, or when a young person is struggling.

  • Warm, collaborative and non-judgemental
  • Mindful of identity, culture and lived experience
  • Particular interest in mixed-heritage families
  • Working to AFSP policies and strong personal ethics
